Thank you for a GF version of the pan fried noodles. The first version you published looked so good, I saved it in my ‘figure out how to make this gluten free’ file. You already did the hard work for me! I look forward to making this soon.

Thank you so much for doing the hard work. I've never thought of pan-fried rice noodles as a possibility at home. Have you ever had a recipe for noodle salad using wide flat rice noodles? It's too hot to think about noodle soup or pan-friend noodles at the moment, but I haven't found a sauce/dressing robust enough for linguine-style rice noodle.
