As a newbie Substacker, this explanation of food writing, starting a newsletter & ad-plagued blogging is gold. I actually had to explain to my mother last night why there was a fee for a paid subscription. Once I have the ability, I hope to subscribe. Here's to a successful launch of Fish Sauce Premium!!

You don't need PTFS to access recipes at Vietworldkitchen.com. Recipes on my website will remain there and occasionally, I'll link to them from PTFS. If I redo a recipe from Vietworldkitchen.com, I would post it here so it will be ad-free. I hope that answers your question.
