So glad you are about to launch some classes! I am glad they will be on Zoom, so I and many others not able to travel to live classes can participate.

We benefit from your ideas and recipes whenever you are able and ready to teach us (so take the time you need to feel ready to launch).

How very exciting! I smiled when I read that your pantry is like a mini Asian market. Mine too! I have been so busy myself (and tired from being busy) that I have to catch up with all you have posted. You are too hard on yourself. I am looking forward to the classes and dont care if we are cooking meat etc. I know how to make vegan substitutes. I will be happy cooking anything with you. I made another batch of your glorious creamy nuoc cham for my sister’s birthday celebration. She loves it. 🙏thank you for all you do.
