Any chance you and Pim will do an ECB episode about the making of Cooking Thai? I’m so curious about how you both divided up the work and decided who made what decisions. What were your comps (just listened to that episode)?
I will definitely retire in my 50’s, just not exactly sure when. Thankfully we’re in the top percentage for savings and have minimal debt so we do have options. I suppose my biggest concern is healthcare and drawing heavier to pay for it until Medicare starts. I really love the community of my store but it takes its toll on the body after 27 years (this September for me, my husband just passed 29 years).

Many of us here are in the same phase of life and retirement is like another job! At least we have options, right? What are your top concerns?
