I have a lofty goal: minimize possessions and use environmentally conscious, multitasking tools (such as Anyday). But it's self-defeating: I lust after and want to add any new batch of environmentally conscious multitasking tools (such as Anyday)!

Glass cook/ storage containers are the best. These sound great!

I love glass containers that can be used for cooking and storage - less to wash!

I have been trying to replace gradually all my plastic containers with the glass ones. The Anyday set seems like a perfect set which is beautifully designed, and efficient both for microwave cooking and for storage. Thank you so much Andrea for introducing this set to us, and also an opportunity to own one from your selection.

Your recipes are well researched and written with clarity. I’ve prepared delicious meals and have come to trust all of your recipes. Therefore, I’ll also trust what you say about AnyDay and look into their products. Thank you!

An end to the microwave boil over! Sounds like a winner.

Can't wait to try some of these ginger recipes. Definitely punches up a dish! And would love to replace the plastic I have for this anyday collection!

First set of non plastic ware that really appeals to me. I love the versatility and apparent quality!

I’d happily purge my excessive collection of glasses and beverage containers to make room for these. I still don’t have a microwave splatter shield so they’d be much appreciated.

I finally added back a microwave to our kitchen, but don’t yet have the right vessels. These look great!

Anyday, anytime, anyplace, anyware. Good food, good times, good show, now pass the fish sauce!

Right back at you! Off topic, I was wondering about using sous vide eye of round for Pho bo to replace the tenderloin. I found the round, after 12 hours is as tender as tenderloin without the price. What do you think?

Andrea Nguyen's avatar

Wowza. That's brilliant, Anthony. I can't stand the eye of round when it's raw in pho. You've given me hope. What temp do you use for the sous vide?

54C 12 hours

I'm gonna try it out! Thank you.

Please let me know. I’m still fussing around with the pho broth, I can’t get the flavors the way I remember it from my experience with a N. Vietnamese family, I met here in the US.
