Hi Andrea, I would absolutely love to join the class but I live in Italy! EventBrite states that it will take place on February 23 · 11pm - February 24 · 1am CET, I guess that is an automatic conversion to the class being at 2 p.m. in California?
Hello Letizia — yes. That is the automatic conversion to your time zone. It would be a late night. Some folks sign up for the class to get the video recording only. You can always ask me questions as a follow-up. I hope that helps. Thank you for your interest!
OMGosh, digitize Mom's recipes into the cloud and put her orange notebook in a safe deposit box. It's too precious to lose. Somehow, some way, the people of the fires will get through it. It's just too awful to contemplate. Much love and peace.
I have never thought about digitizing it. Thanks for the nudge. And yes, there will be lots of rebuilding in Los Angeles for years to come. I think of how all the rubble will be disposed of. What an engineering project.

AHHHHHH, thank you! Just added your name so you have proper credit. May more pho be with you.
Loved the historical information, especially! That one line about “ rubbing shoulders “is brilliant!
I had to think for a while to get that wording right. Thanks for noting it, Norman!
