What to expect: Join me to to explore essential ingredients used in Ever-Green Vietnamese — such as different kinds of fish sauce, soy sauce, rice, noodles, American vs. Asian rice flour, dried mushrooms, and herbs! Bring your questions and feedback about the book. I look forward to chatting with you about it all!
Who can/should attend: This is a FREE event for anyone interested in vegetarian or low-meat cooking. If you’re curious about Vietnamese food traditions, this is for you too! It’s a Nguyen-Nguyen situation. 😄
Do you need the book to attend? No. But if you have a copy of Ever-Green Vietnamese, it will help you follow along.
