Andrea, I took a cooking class with you several years ago at Love Apple Farm. I remember your sense of humor, warmth and passion for sharing some of your culinary knowledge with the class. I’m so excited for “Ever-Green”! Congratulations on your release!
Evelyn! Those classes were fun -- sometimes a little chaotic but that's what cooking with lots of people is suppose to be like. I'm so glad you're here at PTFS. Thank for staying with me and adding wind to my sails.
Andrea, I recently bought your Pho cookbook and it is amazing! Totally improved my pho game! I've cooked the traditional beef and traditional chicken pho and both are outstanding. The two condiment recipes I made yesterday, the sate sauce and ginger sauce, were incredible and worth the price of admission on their own. Your book is a true gift, thank you so much for all of your research, hard work, and generous knowledge sharing. I plan to pre-order Ever-Green and keep following your fun food adventures ;-)
David! Oh my goooooodness. I’m thrilled to be part of you pho-nomenal journey. Those recipes you mention are among my favorite workhorses in the kitchen. You made my day.
I hope Ever-Green delivers just the same, perhaps even more to your kitchen!
Have long been a fan and own your books. Was thrilled to see you have a plant forward book and have pre-ordered hard copies one for each of my vegetarian daughters who both have birthdays coming up and a kindle edition for myself as my shelves are overflowing with cookbooks. Can’t wait for April 25. 🙏🙏
Hi Andrea Thank you for the bonus pack. I was so excited to scroll through and see a recipe for okra. I love okra and just happen to have a crop ready to pick in my garden here near Melbourne, Australia. I will definitely make the recipe.
This is wonderful! I have your first cookbook which I bought bc I’m from a viet chinese family even though I’m plant based. I am definitely going to get this since so many recipes are plant based. I also don’t have a child and that assumption that you have one can make you feel like an outsider. I’m glad you’ve embraced it.
Fantastic, Connie. I'm looking forward to your reactions to the new book. The whole child thing can be very awkward. Thanks for taking time to contribute a comment!
Oh this is so beautiful. Thanks for giving us a behind the scenes look, some of us forget how much work went in to producing work in the thick of the pandemic. Congrats on your new book!
I figured that making a cookbook would be easier since I sort of know what to do but never turns out that way. Life loves to throw us surprises. Doesn’t matter what profession, it seems!
Melissa! You listen to Everything Cookbooks! Thank you for tuning in and ordering EGV. Yipppppeeee. You just made me and my co-hosts super happy today.
Congrats Andrea! I just put a hold on EGV in my library system (and am glad to see 6 folks ahead of me!) and hope that encourages orders for more copies in our libraries too!
Erin -- how smart you are. I had no idea one could do that at the library. Thanks for the tip. Libraries are one of my favorite places. Librarians are some of the best people, to boot.

Congratulations! So proud of you and your new “baby!” All of your cookbooks are excellent, and I know this one is another winner 🥳
Thanks so much, Laura! You're so incredibly kind in many ways.
Congratulations! I’ve been enjoying your cookbooks for years! Ordering copies for myself and family.
I’m so honored and hella stoked to have your support, Quynh. Thank you!
I just pre-ordered the book. Save some goodies for me. Walter Rich, Atlanta Georgia.
Thank you, Walter!!!!
Hurray for the new book!
90,000 words! Incredible!
I know. Right? And we expanded to beyond that and then cut back and then snipped here and there to fit. You know how it goes!
Congratulations Chị. Ordering two now, for myself and my sister to make Vietnamese recipes for our vegetarian husbands.
Oi troi oi, cam on Thai for the double whammy order!
Pre ordered! Cannot wait!
Waaaaah. Blushing over here! Thank you, Jenny!
Thank you Andrea, you motivate me to cook and be better at it.
You made my day, Sabrina. Thank you!
